Author Registration Policy

Each accepted main conference paper and workshop paper must have at least one author registered with a non-student and non-life/retired-member passport registration by  Thursday, April 30, 2020, 11:59 PM Pacific Time, in order for their paper to be included in the electronic copy of conference proceedings distributed at the conference and in the online conference proceedings in IEEE Xplorer database.

A student registration and a complimentary keynote speaker registration cannot cover a paper. The student rate therefore only applies if another author has registered at the full rate, or if the student is not presenting. One person can register up to 2 main conference papers and 1 workshop paper as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.

Tutorial courses ? all tutorial courses *MUST* have at least one registered organizer with a non-student and non-life/retired-member registration.

Registration Details

• Accepted papers author registration (to appear on conference proceedings) Thursday, April 30, 2020, 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
• Early registration ends Thursday, April 30, 2020, 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
• Regular registration begins May 1, 2020, 12:00 AM Pacific Time.

All Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all workshops, all short courses and tutorials, and access to the proceedings. This reduced fee applies to non-author registrations only.
